Shipping costs?

You may opt for standard or express mail. An estimate of shipping costs can be obtained by means of a quote. Delivery of electronic publications (PDFs) is free of charge.

 

Need more time for your order?

If you don’t want to order right away, place your items of interest into your shopping basket and come back to our shop at a later stage!

 

Need a quote before ordering?

Before placing an order, you may obtain a quote for your items of interest. The quote lists the prices of your future order including, when applicable, an estimate of delivery costs based on the information you provide. Note that prices in such a quote are subject to change. All orders apply the prices in vigour at the day of your order.

No VAT applicable?

Owing to its status as a Partial Agreement of the Council of Europe, an international organisation, the Observatory does not have an intra-community VAT identification number and does not add any value added tax (VAT) to its invoices.

 

How to pay?

Payment is due at the time you confirm your order and must be made in euros (€). You can pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard, sorry, NO other cards) - payment is fully secured! - by Bank transfer  and cheque (drawn on a French banks ONLY)

 

How to obtain your invoice?

An invoice is issued upon receipt and validation of your payment. All information you need for your payment is transmitted in our confirmation of your order.

 

Who may get access to publications?

Publications are made available for your usage and the electronic publications are watermarked. This way we identify you as the legitimate reader and owner of the electronic publication. You may pass them to another employee of your company, but not any other third party.

 

Access codes to online services

If you subscribe to online services of the Observatory, the access codes to these services are confidential and for your personal usage. They may be transmitted to other employees of your company but in no way to any third party.
